To manage your account online, you'll need to input your NZ Recoveries (NZR) Reference Number. This is usually an eight digit number and doesn't contain any letters or other characters. It's always included in the written correspondence we send you. Below we'll show you where you can find it.
Letters
You'll find your NZR Reference on the right hand side of the page, usually in a section along with the amount due and the due date for payment.

You'll find your NZR Reference in the top line of the message under the header section, usually just above the Client Reference.
Plain Text Email
